Critical Links was spun-off in 2006 from Critical Software Inc, a successful IT services company specializing in real-time systems for defense, aerospace and telecommunications and solid reputation for software reliability (CMM-5, ISO9001, Spice).

The edgeBOX product is commercialized worldwide through a network of channel partners including Resellers and service Providers. The edgeBOX aims to capture the massive SMB market opportunity created by low cost broadband internet access and migration to VoIP that generates demand for sophisticated, reliable, integrated, low-cost, and easy-to use communication services.
