The new round of funding was facilitated by existing VC firms and shareholders - Critical SGPS, ASK Capital, ChangePartners and InovCapital, and joined by new VC funds, BCP Capital and CGD Capital. The funding will be used to continue global growth in the fast-growing managed services market, and also strengthen Critical Links’ position as a pioneer of unified, IP-based School 2.0 Platforms.
