Terms and Conditions of Participation:

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before agreeing and submitting your information. By taking part in the giveaway, participants declare themselves in agreement with the rules of the contest.

1. By submitting any personal data (name, e-mail, phone number, other) you are allowing Critical Links to use your contacts for marketing and commercial purposes

2. The Giveaway period will run from 03/03/2021 to 05/03/2021 at 11.59pm (Lisbon Time). All entries received outside the contest period will be disqualified

3. Critical Links is entitled to exclude participants from the contest if there is justifiable evidence for doing so, (e.g. infringement against the rules, influencing the contest or manipulation, etc.)

4. Winner will be chosen random and will be notified via e-mail on 10/02/2021

5. Winners are required to respond within 10 days to submit the address for the prize to be delivered 

6. Upon receipt of the winner’s response to the e-mail informing them of their win, the prize will be sent to the address provided by the winner in the follow-up emails. 

7. The prize-winner may responsible for any taxation that may apply to the prize

8. The prize may not be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash

9. Critical Links reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions or terminate the contest at any time
